The holiday season is fast upon us. That means Christmas parties, cocktails and holiday sweets. Remember; make sure to prepare yourself properly before going to the parties. Fortify with one of my protein shakes or a healthy snack to prevent the uncontrollable urge to binge on the pigs in a blanket and assorted other nasty treats. Also, make sure to make the most of your workouts – maximizing your cardio effort to burn the most amount of calories. Last, but not least, drink sensibly – you can have fun without overindulging.
