This simply prepared, light fish tastes great over a bed of sauteed spinach.
| | | 1 cup water | | 2 tablespoons Sun Dried Tomatoes chopped | | 6 ounces halibut steak | Preheat the oven to 225 degrees, Fahrenheit. Coat the fish lightly with cooking spray. Spread 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato onto each fillet. Place the fillets in a glass dish with water, and bake for 20 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
