
The Ultimate New York Body Plan
Super Simplified Instructions
While the Ultimate New York Body Plan may be hard work, understanding how to do it is not. The Plan is made up of a few simple elements: Exercise, Nutrition and Motivation.
In order to get on the Plan, you need to make sure your "Status" is "On the 2 week plan."
To set your status, go to your Profile (the link to it is in the top right corner of the Community home page).
After you've changed your Status to "On the 2 week plan" you're ready to start. You need to prepare yourself for your 2 week transformation!
On the "Home" page you'll see two very important things:
Today's Workout
and
Today's Menu
These are the crucial parts of the Plan. You need to use these two parts of the site as your guide to the next 14 days. You MUST perform the exercise routine each day. You should also perform the Additional Cardio of your choice for 45 minutes. You can do anything you want for Additional Cardio, but it should be hard work. Challenge yourself!
Today's Menu outlines the food you should consume each day of the Plan. It's strict, and it may be hard to stick to, but eating right is essential. If you want results, you have to follow the Plan!
